Privacy policy

Indianapolis Fence Pros is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is not a contractor and performs no fence work. This page describes what happens to the details you hand over through this website.

Information we receive

When you fill out the request form or write to us, we collect what you choose to enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the fence project and any photos you attach. Like most websites, the server also records basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

Why we use it

Your details are used to answer your request, to put you in touch with a fence contractor, and to send follow-up messages about that same request. Technical data helps us keep the site running and understand which pages people find useful.

Who receives your request

The project details you submit are forwarded to the independent residential fence contractor covering your area so that business can contact you, look at the property and quote the work. That contractor handles your information under its own practices. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Request records are held only as long as needed to route the request, follow up on it and meet ordinary business recordkeeping needs, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your requests

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send that request by email and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, your phone number is used only for messages about your fence request. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The only outside parties that handle this data are the messaging providers needed to actually deliver the texts. Reply STOP to any message to end them.
